My Time groups are for parents and carers of any child with a disability, developmental delay or chronic medical condition. It is a free service where you can socialise and share ideas with others who understand caring for a child with additional needs. It’s your time to catch up with other parents and carers in a relaxed setting.

A play helper is there to keep your children busy and active and siblings under 6 years are also welcome.
