My daughter is attending one of the playgroups. The educator Jo introduced me to the Our Place Community Facilitator because I was searching for a job. They sent me job vacancies and different workshops that helped me a lot in when preparing for interviews. I got selected in the first one I applied for.

1. Children in the Doveton community grow up healthy and happy.
- Work with services and families to ensure that a broad range of supports are available and accessible for children.
- Provide a wide range of social and learning opportunities on site
- Make it easier for families and children to connect with services.
2. Families can access key health and early learning services.
- Facilitate services working together so that families can access support more easily at Doveton College and in the community.
- Make it easier for families to find and use health and early years services.
3. Improving adult learning and employment opportunities.
- Support families and carers to access pathways to employment through volunteering, community participation and adult learning.
- Support families and carers to access and engage in adult learning.
4. Families in Doveton are connected and engaged.
- Keep providing activities for families to connect with each other and pursue interests.
- Work with local partners to provide community events for families.
5. Improve attendance for families and children.
- Work with families to Consult further with the local community to understand barriers to attendance.
- Encourage increased participation across all areas at Doveton College.
